On my Walk to my (Grown-up) Job

That is not the "gay way" to sit, Lizzie. 

(It totally is.)

Things are going well on over here. My loved ones faced getting NO PRESENTS very bravely and in a few months, I'll be less broke (in the way that anyone in tens of thousands of dollars in student loan debt can ever be "less broke"). 

In other news that isn't me whining (no, not "whinnying," Autocorrect), I still really like my job! It is VERY CHALLENGING on account of how it's a BESD school and I maybe want to adopt all of my students but also NEVER HAVE CHILDREN. It's incredibly rewarding and those kids are amazing. The staff is hugely supportive and that makes a huge difference. 

Art is still happening! My paintings are on hold for the moment (see: artsy blog) which was not entirely unrelated to how an episode of Sherlock made me burst into tears last week. So, I've started on AN AMBITIOUS EMBROIDERY. That way, I can sit on the couch and watch Nashville (so good) at the same time. 

Additionally, I miss my family.

Is this a JCPenny catalog? NO. It is angels.
